THE BEST HOUR OF YOUR DAY AWAITS.

,,60 MINUTES TO A BETTER LIFE”

This one hour a day can drastically improve your life. Consistently show up and you’ll be amazed at what you accomplish.

GROUP CLASSES

“I don't have enough time.”

“I don’t know where to start.”

“Am I doing this correctly?”

Our group classes solve all 3 of these common issues. Each 60 minute class is centered around functional movements and can best be described as personal training in a group setting. We are going to meet you where you’re at and build your strength and abilities over time. All you have to do is show up. We’ve got you from there!

CLASS STRUCTURE

01. PREPARE

RESERVING A SPOT AND SHOWING UP

Reserve your class using the SugarWOD app. Show up 5-10 minutes early. A coach will be there to welcome you and answer any questions you may have before class.

02. THE CLASS

GENERAL WARM UP

Class will begin at the start of the hour. A coach will lead you through a general warm up to loosen the body and prepare for the workout ahead.

SPECIFIC WARM UP & WORKOUT BRIEF

During this time, the coach will go over the workout of the day (WOD) and teach the movements we’ll be working on. Our coaching staff will provide modifications and scales to each member of the class. This is similar to personal training in a group setting. Each member’s fitness level and abilities are taken into account prior to beginning the workout.

THE WORKOUT

Now it’s time to sweat! As you are performing the workout, a coach will be monitoring your movement to make sure you are moving safely. They’ll also be there to keep you focused and motivate you!

FIST BUMPS & LOGGING YOUR RESULTS

Now that the workout is over, it’s time to clean up, give out some fist bumps to your classmates, and log your results in SugarWOD.

,,EVERYONE SUPPORTS AND CHEERS ONE ANOTHER ON”

Been here for 2.5 months and I absolutely love it here. Coaches are great and supportive. It's definitely more than a gym/box. The people are great too! Everyone supports and cheers one another on. Best community and it was exactly what I was looking for.
