First off, welcome to your first uninterrupted week of 2019! Holidays are lovely but a good routine goes a long way. Let’s all help each other get back on track and hit 3-5 workouts this week.
Zenplanner is the platform we use for class sign up. In the last few years they have introduced a workout tracker that we have tried to implement. If we’re being honest, we don’t love it.
Our blog is a way of communicating with the members and creating conversation and connectivity. Since implementing the workout tracker, we feel that we have lost that a bit. SO, from here on out, we will only be posting bench mark workouts in the workout tracker. These are the workouts that will be repeated to test your fitness and gauge progress which is the only thing that matters anyway.
Winning doesn’t matter and we know some of you beg to differ lol. You can still check the daily white board post on Facebook to see who did what!
