You’ll hear it a thousand times from your girlfriends, “oh you do CrossFit? Kudos to you girl! I just can’t do it because I don’t want to get bulky!”
Or how about the dude at work who always comments on how “jacked” you are or says “don’t mess with her. She’ll probabaly beat you up.” (Happens to me all the time)
