Woman Crush Wednesday: ELIZABETH

This workout is dripping in hot sauce y'all. 

"Elizabeth" is one of the six original "GIRL WODS" but did you know the original is actually squat cleans? Don't panic. We're going to stick to power cleans today but that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. 

Our advice is to think about how you will break up the round of 15 and do that for the round of 21 as well. You'll need to know your limits on this couplet. Allowing yourself to go to failure on the rings could have you standing around longer than you like. They key is to chip away in quick sets, no matter how big or small, you have to avoid large breaks for recovery.

We're going to give you a ten minute time cap. If you think you've got it, GO FOR IT!
