Woman Crush Wednesday + CrossFit Games Challenge

WEDNESDAY

The girl WODs are known throughout the world wide CrossFit community. Greg Glassman named the benchmark workouts after girls like meteorologist name hurricanes. He felt the workouts were so physically and mentally demanding that they leave you feeling like a storm hit you. 

He also stated that anything that leaves you laying on your back, gasping for air, wondering that the hell just happened... should also be named after a female. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We agree! For the month of August, we're dedicating every Wednesday to the infamous benchmark workouts named after the ladies. ENJOY!
