WATCH: In Defense of Food

MONDAY

This is a great documentary if you're looking to learn more about the evolution of the American diet. What I love about this documentary is it's not telling you to be vegan, paleo, or any other lifestyle with a label, but showing you to eat real food and educate yourself on the ingredients you are consuming.
