Test & Re-Test


We’re a big fan of measuring performance and today is going to do just that. When you first joined Geaux, we had you perform the introductory workout, “Baseline”. This workout measures your current fitness based on body weight exercises.

Today you are going to do it 3 times!

Think about how you felt after you completed your first “Baseline” workout. Could you even fathom having the endurance to do it again?  Looks like we’ll find out today! Saddle up and get ready to enter the pain cave!
