Take What You Need. Leave What You Can

You've probably noticed that our lobby got a little upgrade over the weekend. Hopefully the bright colors captured your attention and made you read our little tid-bits on nutrition. 

We also have a basket of DELICIOUS fruit that was donated by Matt Chemin! This fruit is free for you but the only way we can keep it going is if you take AND contribute to the cause. 

You don't have to buy a large quantity of fruit to contribute but maybe next time you are in the store, you grab a few oranges and put them up there. If everyone takes and contributes, it works. If you only take, it will eventually become empty. This fruit is for the post work out tune up or maybe you're starving after work but want to get in a work out before eating dinner or maybe your kid wants a snack while they watch a movie. Whatever the cause, we have a healthy, free option for you. If you're looking for something different, our vending machine is also loaded with options.

We want nutrition to be an on going conversation at GCF. If we feel good on the inside, we'll feel better when we do things in our daily life and were talking more than just working out.
