Sunday Yoga


Does the Holiday season have you feeling a little stressed out? Maybe it’s time to try something new like yoga! Yoga is a great switch up to our usual intense workouts. It slows down the pace, eases the mind, all while increasing flexibility. We challenge you to give it a try this Sunday at 5pm. Just head on over to Delta Physical Therapy. You’ll need $10, a towel, yoga mat, and water bottle.

Yoga is for everyone! That includes you fellas!
