We wanted to remind you that you can offer 3 free classes to any one you refer to GCF. If they have previous CrossFit experience, they can start their 3 free classes without the introduction. If they are new to this style of workout, they will first need to complete the introduction.
In order to receive the 3 free classes, all they need to do is email us saying who referred them.
