Next Challenge: Beast For A Day

MONDAY

Last year we had a fun group participate in this race and we had a blast! It’s basically trail running for CrossFitters. The test? See how many 6 mile laps you can complete of “The Beast” trail in St. Francisville! Sounds like an AMLAP to us, don’t you agree?

If 6 hours sounds a bit long, they also have a 3 hour option.

We signed up for this race not knowing what to expect. You can move at your own pace and at the end of each lap you can step out of the trail and rest/recover. You do not need to be advanced to participate. You can walk as much as you need to. The scenery is beautiful and the trail running community is unlike any other.
