Open Gym Programming is LIVE

TUESDAY

Our additional programming is now  ready for you to complete! This can be done before or after class. 

This is how it works:

-Read the board and decide if you are beginner, intermediate, or advanced. You must decide this for each domain (gymnastics, aerobic, and strength). 

-Throughout the week complete each section at your own pace. You can break it up throughout the week or do it  during 1 or 2 sessions. It's up to you. 

-Journal your results. You will need them in the future. 

-Each week the board will change so make sure you get it in! 

-if you have any questions, please speak with a coach, 

-We also offer individualized programming through Coach El who also works for Brute Strength, a prominent strength and conditioning program used by CrossFitters all over the world. This includes the professionals. Because you are a member of Geaux CrossFit, you get it at a discounted price. 5 days a week/ $100 per month, 2x per week/ $50 per month.
