The Real "WHY"

There are plenty of reasons why you started. The most common one is, " look good naked." We agree, this is a nice goal to have but let's think on a deeper level. What's the most important thing about what we do here? Rant begins now....

We're here to increase our range of motion and reduce our risk for injury. We train our bodies with the goal of increasing our work capacity meaning we can do things for ourselves as we get older. We learn how to fuel our body for optimal health and performance without worrying about the number on the scale.  We're here to socialize and meet new people all while stimulating our brain in a way that can't be accomplished through the screens of technological devices. We disconnect from the internet and connect to the people sweating beside us.

It's so simple even though, at times, it can look complex. It all comes back to health and quality of life. This is why you are here and don't you ever forget it.
