Woman Crush Wednesday: HELEN

WEDNESDAY

This spicy little triplet dates all the way back to August 9th, 2003 when it was first posted as an unnamed workout. It was posted again on November 3rd of 2003 as "Helen" with a quote by Helen Keller :

"We can do anything we want as long as we stick to it long enough."

This workout is an all out sprint! The kettlebell should be light enough that you can go unbroken and the reps on the pull ups are low to encourage you to hang on to the pull up bar. It's all about pushing the pace. This is also a great workout for an intermediate athlete to Rx. You may have to chip at the pull ups a bit, but the volume is low so you can still get out the door quickly.
