It looks like the rain is here to stay which means we’re going to get stir crazy! Break out of the house today and come sweat with us!

If you absolutely refuse then I GUESS you can take the structure of today’s workout and sub in these movements:

  1. Tuck Jumps

  2. Air Squats- Try holding something. Water jug. Heavy book. Snacks :).

  3. V Ups

  4. Push Ups

  5. No Push Up Burpee
