Feeling Beat Up?


After this week, you could all use a little TLC! As Coach El says, “if you want to train hard, you have to recover harder.” Switch up your weekend routine by joining Delta Physical Therapy this Sunday at 5pm for YOGA.

This class is for anyone. You do not need yoga experience to attend.

The cost is $10. You’ll need to bring a mat, towel, and water bottle with you.

We highly encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new!
