Who's Up For 13.1?


IT’S ALMOST THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN! Will you take on the challenge of 13.1 miles with the GCF crew? On September 9th, we will begin an 18 week training that requires 2-3 runs a week. The training starts off slow and builds each week and is doable for beginner and advanced runners.

We know the idea of 13.1 miles can sound overwhelming, but we assure you that you can do it if you put in the training!

Week 1 will start with 25 minutes of slow running. You have until September 9th to get to that first milestone. Remember, you don’t have to be fast to run! I hope you’ll take on the challenge with me. I’m looking forward to training with everyone! I will release the running program in a few weeks.
