October Whole 30 Weekend Prep

SATURDAY

If you’re committed to starting the Whole 30 on Monday, you have some work to do this weekend. Here is a step by step guide to starting day 1:

  1. Read over and understand the guidelines of the Whole 30.

  2. Remove or set aside all noncompliant foods. Please make sure you have also gone through your spice cabinet and checked for spices containing SUGAR.

  3. Now it's time to prepare! First, pick 3 recipes you want to try and get a shopping list going. Here are some resources:

  4. Make food in bulk so you can bring it to work and also have stuff ready to grab whenever you feel hungry!

  5. Tell friends and loved ones what you are doing so they can support you. Own your WHY. It’s only 30 days. Don’t be bullied out of your goals.
