No Kip For You

There is a reason we don’t teach kipping often and this hits the nail on the head. In order to kip, you must have strict pull ups. If we allowed individuals to perform volume in kipping pull ups without achieving the proper strength first, we would be doing the community a disservice. We focus on longevity here and kipping before strict is a easy way to ruin that. If this is a goal you have, please ask for additional work that can be performed before or after our classes. A little extra effort will go a long way!
