Hopefully you are reading this before heading to the gym today. You will need to wear long pants, tall socks, or some type of shin protectant for today's workout! There will be modifications for those of us who cannot climb the rope but you still need to be prepared to practice!

30 Air Squats
Single Arm Sot's Press w/ kb (8-10 per side, slow & controlled) x 3, rest 1 minute between arms, 90" between sets
Hang Power Snatch + OHS + Hang Snatch, Every 2 minutes x 7 (climbing)
