Memorial Day Murph- 2 months out


Memorial Day Murph will be here before you know it! We’re about 60 days out which means it’s time to do a little homework outside of the classes! If you plan on Rxing with a weight vest, now would be a good time to start adding it to some workouts and additional runs! We suggest building up to a 2 mile run without stopping and also adding push ups and Pull ups in a few times a week.

If you have no clue what I am talking about- Below is Murph

For Time:

1 Mile Run

100 Pull Ups

200 Push ups

300 Air Squats

1 Mile Run
