A Little Advice...

Do you ever get shamed by your friends when you’re trying to lose weight or be healthier? You know what friends I’m talking about. They’re the friend that calls you out at the lunch table when you order a salad and ask for the dressing on the side then proceed to poke fun as they enjoy their juicy burger and fries. They hit you with the classic line, “Does this fit your diet?” or the clever “Is this paleo?”

I LITERALLY JUST ALMOST LOST BOTH EYES IN THE BACK OF MY HEAD.

I’ll keep this post super short and give you one valuable piece of advice. It may single handedly be the best advice I could possibly give.

GET NEW FRIENDS.

That is all. If they care, they’ll back off and support you. If they are miserable, they will bring you down with them. Remember that rant yesterday? This is the part where you take control and become a pioneer of your future. You are the company you keep.
