Sweat It Out, Wipe it Down

Everyone loves a good sweat, as long as it's yours, right? We must admit, it seems we've gotten lazy about cleaning up after ourselves especially the Open gym room. Always make sure you  leave a few minutes at the end of your workout to clean up after yourself. Make sure you are putting your equipment away neatly and wiping down everything after use. This includes cleaning the chalk off of your barbell. This is how we keep the gym nice but also keep out unwanted germs.
