How do you Weekend?

THURSDAY

Do you find that you’re super productive Monday through Friday and then the weekend hits and the wheels come off? I admit, a bored Amber is a bad Amber. I’ll turn into a snack queen so fast, it’s crazy. What I’ve learned to do is MOVE. Find something to do. Maybe you have a house project you've been meaning to get to or maybe you want to play basketball, do yoga, read a book outside. It doesn’t matter and it doesn't have to be physical. The trick is to engage your mind. By doing so, you are also encouraging positive behaviors which brings positive energy and positive energy creates positive change.
