When The Temp Drops, Remember to Hydrate

Am I the only one who struggles to drink water when it’s cold? The thought of something cold makes me cringe but the feels of being dehydrated are no good.

It’s our job to stay hydrated. It helps keep our skin moist, muscles and joints lubricated, and helps a ton with recovery. You will feel better all around if you are hydrated so let’s raise 8 glasses (a day) and toast to the changing of the seasons.

A few months back we were all complaining about how miserable the heat was. Now we get to enjoy the fuzzy moments like huddling together for warmth, teeth chattering, and burning $5 of gas letting your car warm up before you get in.

Oh, let’s not forget hot chocolate, campfires, gumbo, and holiday parties. Those are great too!
