We have several athletes competing in their first triathlon today along side a few veterans to the sport! We’ve always been a huge fan of taking on challenges outside of CrossFit and this is a perfect example.
Their challenge is an 800 meter open water swim, 18 mile bike ride, and a 5k run to the finish line.
