The workout below probably looks familiar to a lot of you. It should! We did the 5 minute AMRAP the second week of April and it absolutely wrecked all of you! So naturally we started doing lunges every week and it’s time to see if it made a difference! If you did this workout before, we suggest doing it the same way.
