Last week, we gave a shout out to all the ladies of the gym. Dudes, you didn't think we were going to pass up the opportunity to show you some love too, did you? Look, it's not easy being a bro and we get that. People think just because you're a man all this workout stuff comes easy. Not to mention dealing with all the cool internet trends like:

"Do I need a man bun? Can I even grow a beard? OMG, now mustaches are a thing!"

And it's not like Johnny makes it easier strutting around the gym with his perfectly groomed facial hair. 

We all have our gifts and you guys hit a home run every time you show up to the gym and leave your ego at the door. We love you for it and we want to give you a big ol' bear hug. 

SO BRING IT IN TIGHT BIG (or little) FELLA AND LET'S HUG IT OUT.
