Keep It Up

As a coach, we get the opportunity to watch you grow in your abilities and mentor you through that process. This week I found myself looking around the room and seeing so much growth out everyone. I had several conversations about nutrition and signing up for your first CrossFit competition. I witnessed PRs both physical and mental. I saw so much HEALTH and I admittedly got a little giddy.

When we’re working on ourselves, we are generally the last to the recognize our progress. This is a reminder that you are better than you were yesterday. On your way to reaching your goals, don’t forget to celebrate the small victories.

I personally feel like Geaux CrossFit inspires us to improve our LIFESTYLE and that has a huge impact on everything. It 100% inspires me to stay on the right path and it’s probably because I have all of you to motivate me and keep me on my A game.

So here is your reminder. You’re awesome. Keep on trucking and thanks for wanting more than just a killer workout.
