This weekend, we challenge you to get outdoors! The weather is going to be great. Try and spend at a least 4 hours breathing in some fresh air. You can go for a walk or run, read a book, play with the kids, whatever you fancy; Just do it outside!
If you feel compelled to snap a cute picture and tag us in it, we won’t be upset about it ;).
Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.
