It’s finally here! The Louisiana Marathon is this weekend! This is the largest participation we have ever had at Geaux and we are excited to see everyone crush their goals.

It’s a hard challenge, but we have trained for the last 18 weeks and we are ready. For many, this will be their first time! We’d love to get some gym involvement on the route to help motivate our crew.

If you’re up for cheering- it would be awesome to see some Geaux CrossFit signs around the route. Seeing people you know SERIOUSLY helps around miles 7-13. Below is a picture of the route with mile markers along with a list of people signed up for the race:
