Attendance is still going strong and we want to keep it that way! The only thing that stands between you and your goals is consistent effort. You don’t have to be your best every day. We are not professional athletes. Keep your focus on showing up even when you don’t feel like it and you will be happy with the progress you see.  

Lean on one another and your coaches for support!  You can make a sweat date with a gym buddy or invite someone new to join you.  KEEP IT UP!!
