Last year, CrossFit headquarters made a big change in the CrossFit Open schedule. Rather than having an Open during the spring, we now do the Open in the fall.
That’s totally cool and we’re looking forward to NEXT October when we make a big deal of it and get you involved with it. However, this year we are taking a break.
What does that mean for you? Nothing really! You can still sign up and participate, however we will not be programming the workouts on Friday.
You will still be able to come in at anytime Thursday night- Monday afternoon to complete the workout. You’ll need to have a judge and we will validate scores.
Rather than going on and on with our reasons to not make a big deal about this particular Open, we’ll keep it brief.
It’s not a good fit for us right now. We like what’s happening in the gym. We like the progress that’s being made and we don’t want to disrupt it.
We look forward to October 2020 and we will keep pushing forward in our training so we can make the most out of the 5 week fitness celebration.

B.) "Death by 10 meters” outdoor style!
With a rolling clock, start minute 1 with a 10m run. Each minute, add an additional 10m until you fail to complete the set within the 60 second window. Your score is your last completed set + how many meters before failing.
