Sugar Addiction

WEDNESDAY

Many of us joke that we are addicted to sugar but in reality it is true. Go as little as 24 hours without sugar and you may experience one of the following:

-Mood swings

-Migraines

-Extreme Fatigue

-Nausea

-Flu like symptoms (generally after 48-72 hours)

Pretty insane right? This should be a WAKE UP CALL.

Sugar destroys our gut health which is the catalyst to many more serious problems. You literally make yourself sick when you over consume sugar.

Many of you think of candy when we say over-consume sugar, but that is not the case. Sugar is in breads, pastas, sauces, snacks, anything in a box.

We challenge you to open up your refrigerator and pantry and look at the ingredient labels on your food. See what has sugars and what doesn't. Then we are going to go a step further and challenge you to go 5 days with absolutely no sugar. NOT EVEN HONEY.
