A Challenge Is Coming

TUESDAY

We’ve been putting together an 8 week accountability challenge for the gym and we’re excited to announce it to all of you. This will be 8 weeks of focusing on nutrition and forming good habits. We will have 3 levels : Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each group will be assigned a coach. We will tackle these 8 weeks together!

We are currently ironing out the details but you should expect to start in August!
