If you are participating in our beginner’s nutrition challenge, it’s time to step your game up! You should be submitting your workout results and food to the group me app! Every time you eat, snap a photo and post it. Once you hit the gym, comment in the group with your results from the workout. If you did something active outside of the gym, post that too! This group serves as accountability, motivation, and a resource for answers! We’re starting off on a shaky foot, so if you’re reading this, it’s time to fully commit!
