Back to School, Back on Track


When the kids are home for summer it can really throw your routine for a loop. Summer is coming to a close and the kids should be back in school within a week. Use this time to recommit to your goals and get into a healthy routine. Reach out to other people who you interact with everyday and offer them 3 free classes to join in on the routine with you. 

The holidays will be here before you know it and we need to get into a healthy rhythm before the hectic holiday schedule sets in.
