Well the heat is finally here which means you need to hydrate and wear sunscreen! When the sun is shinning, it’s hard to resist going outside and soaking up some rays. Just remember that the sun can do major damage and can also age your skin! We suggest wearing a hat and SPF when outside. Don’t forget to reapply after being in the sun for 2 hours.
We also suggest checking the local news for the UV index. When in doubt, dress like Johnny! Safety first, folks!
