SATRUDAY SCHEDULE

THURSDAY

Due to our tailgate this Saturday, we will be closing down the gym! HOWEVER, Coach El will have the gym open from 7am to 8:30am for Open gym. If you’re doing the Open, you can use this time to do the workout or you can work on something of your choosing.

Hopefully, we see you all on campus for our tailgate. It’s always a great time when we get together so we hope you’ll stop in and say hi!

Workout of the Day

A.) 4 Sets:

1 Minute: Hollow Body Ring Push Up w/ External Rotation

Modified: 1 minute Tempo Push Ups (30x3) or Band Assist Push Ups 

*Perform perfect sets of 3-5 Reps at a time

Rest 2 minutes

B.) For Time or 10 Minute time cap for reps:
