Sitting at your desk all day causes a lot of stress on the body starting with your neck and back. Here are some things you can do at your desk to reduce some of the problems you might be having:
Workout of the Day
Perform a single lift every 2 minutes for 30 minutes
Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen reps.
Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push jerk 1-1-1-1-1 reps
