You Read That Right

Nope, we’re not playing tricks on you. We’re throwing it back to 2017 when we kicked off the CrossFit Open with this beautiful couplet. At the time, we had little to no experience with dumbbells which made the workout very tough. We’re CrossFitters though, so as expected, we rose to the occasion.

Let’s see what 2 years difference makes, shall we?

For Time:

10 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

30 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

40 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

50 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Time Cap: 20 minutes

Athlete must alternate hands for each dumbbell snatch and face the box for the Burpee Box Jump Overs.
