Can you believe we are already 17 days into 2019!? Statistically, this is where people start to lose their pizazz and forget about the goals they are working towards.

If the answer is no, that’s ok. It’s time to get back on track. Ask yourself why you’ve stopped working towards them and work to fix that issue. A little tough love can go a long way so don’t be afraid to be a little hard on yourself. If you’re straight up being lazy, say it. If it’s something else, say it. Don’t talk yourself into excuses.
