We're outdoors today! Make sure you wear sunscreen. We also suggest a hat/sunglasses to help with the sun reflecting off the pavement. Unfortunately, no headphones because you'll need to hear Coach Clint yelling, "LUNGES!!!!".

A.) 2 MILES for TIME *8 Laps

(if you run a sub 9min mile)

Every minute complete 8 walking lunges

B.) 1 ½ miles for time *6 Laps (if you run a 9-12 min mile)

Every minute complete 6 walking lunges

C.) 1 mile for time *4 Laps

(if you run a 12+ min mile)

Every minute complete 4 walking lunges
