Hydrate For Saturday Workouts

SATURDAY

It’s going to be a hot morning so make sure you drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after the workout.

Our Saturday workout is typically longer than any other workout we do during the week. Be prepared to SWEAT and potentially make animal noises if you’re joining us on a weekend. Don’t fear though. We always scale the workout to your ability!
