2019 Goals: MINDSET


It’s the last weekend of 2018!!!! Use this weekend to reflect on the year and write down a few positive behaviors/habits you exercised. In addition to that, write down a few that you plan to implement in the new year.

We use the word behavior or habit because they create long lasting results. Here’s an example:

In 2019 I want to save money <—— Great! What type of behaviors or habits will you need to implement for this to happen?


In 2019 I am going to focus on taking care of the things I own, so I don’t feel the need to replace them. I am going to focus on being thankful for what I have instead of constantly wanting more.

Write down your goal and see if you can identify the behaviors needed to achieve it. Almost everything comes down to mindset. It is the key to unlocking your full potential.
