How often do we take for granted how capable we are? We take for granted our ability to move freely, exercise, and come and go as we please. We ask a lot of our bodies so we challenge you to show yourself gratitude! Be grateful for all that you can do!  We don’t have to workout,  WE GET TO WORKOUT.
