18.4 Redo


Due to the fact that this open workout utilizes the entire gym (literally), we are going to give it another go!!! That's right. We're all redoing 18.4. If you choose to opt out, you can head over to the open gym room and play around or do a 2k Row time trial (or both). 

It's the final week of the CrossFit Open! Hang in there!
