I was born in Côte D'Ivoire where I began playing soccer competitively when I was 6. I moved to the United States when I was 13 and continued playing and learning new sports. While playing football I fell in love with weightlifting and realized the need for commitment and discipline off the field. I attended LSU, majoring in sports management. While trying to figure out the next step in my life I started personal training which led me to eventually find Crossfit. I fell in love with the high intensity atmosphere and welcoming community. 6 months in and I was working towards becoming a coach. My favorite part of coaching is seeing the daily struggle people go through to reach their goals. While on my quest for health and fitness I found individualized programming through Opex Fitness and decided to make a career out of fitness. I love designing exercise and nutrition programs that maximize time, improve fitness and overall health. I have a strong understanding of the functions and vital processes of the human body, And my ability to interpret physical assessment data and client health history allows me to successfully design and monitor exercise programs based on needs, goals, abilities, and anatomy. Being an athlete, I have also tested most of the research of fitness and diet on himself which has allowed me to personally program for others. I have pursued his passion for programming and I'm eager to grow the personal coaching program at Geaux Crossfit.
