I recall Murph TRIBUTE…this is going to be awesome - especially with an 80% chance of rain!
We did this WOD a while back at the old gym. Definitely a good one…I can’t say you’ll see this exact workout…let’s just call it “Wood Tribute”. You’ll have to wait until 4:30 tomorrow afternoon to see what it is (let the suspense build!!!)
That would be me… I requested that we do WOOD on the GCF FB page months ago. Its a hero WOD for an Aussie named Sgt. Bret Wood… I didn’t remember it having the one minute rest in there though.
Someone had the following as WOOD
Five rounds of:
* Run 400 meters
* 10 burpee box jumps
* 95 lb sumo deadlift high-pull, 10 reps
* 95 lb thruster, 10 reps
* Rest 1 minute
