Some of you are confused about the paleo guide lines.  Review your paleo packet!  The following mishaps have already happened:

2. Honey- the focus is to decrease insulin spikes.  Get your sugar from fruit if you need it.
3. Beans
4. Coffee Creamer
5. Sugar substitutes

-25m Bear Crawl
-20 Slam Balls
-20 Back Extensions
